Appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure full service. If you are late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, we will have to reschedule your appointment. Please inform your stylist of any sensitivities or allergies you may have so we may better service your needs.

Gift Cards (Coming Soon)

Don’t know what to give?  The Studio Nine gift card is the perfect gift.  It works like a gift certificate only better – it carries a balance and is available in any amount.

Cancellations

Appointments at Studio Nine must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of an appointment. A cancellation fee equal to the full amount of the service scheduled will be charged to your credit card for missed appointments and cancellations without a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Payment

Studio Nine Accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks and cash.

Gratuity

Gratuity is customary for good service and is always left to the discretion of our clients.

Return Policy

When accompanied with an original receipt, unused and unopened products may be returned for a full refund in the same method as the original form payment. Used and opened products may not be returned.

Children

We do not have the facilities to accommodate unattended children.  For their safety, infants are not permitted in the salon.

MODELS WANTED (Coming Soon)

Studio Nine is committed to providing excellent, in-house training to our staff as part of our on-going training program. A core part of this curriculum is weekly classes taught by our educators, where our assistants work on live models. Classes will be conducted every Tuesday and Wednesday at 5pm and usually last 2 hours, depending on the service.

If you’re flexible and want to update your look with a new haircut or color at an extremely discounted price, drop by during business hours for a consultation with an assistant. Please be aware that discounted model appointments must be scheduled after a consultation and cannot be scheduled over the telephone.
